Fabric items and wallpaper are made to order and are not returnable. Please be sure you’re ordering the right size and fabric type for your needs, and please make sure you’ve measured correctly for wallpaper.

If you're not delighted by your purchase of an item (besides fabric and wallpaper), we're happy to offer refunds of items if returned within 7 days. If the item you are returning is received back damaged due to poor packaging, a credit will not be issued. Refunds will appear on your credit card within ten business days of processing. You are responsible for return shipping costs, or you may return the item to the shop in Chestnut Hill.

If an item arrives to you damaged, does not match the specifications of what you ordered, or if there are items missing from your order, please contact us here.

For most items, we rely on our production partners to make and ship your order in a safe and timely manner.

Right now, we are only able to ship within the United States.

Fabric items and wallpaper are made to order. Please allow 2 - 6 weeks for delivery. Our production partners vary in their timing due to busy and slower workload periods.

Non-fabric made to orders usually arrive in 1 - 3 weeks.

Please allow 1 - 3 weeks for one-of-a-kind items shipped from the shop.

Some items are only available for pick up from our shop in Chestnut Hill as indicated in the product description. In some cases, we may be able to provide local delivery of these items for a fee. This is generally within 10 miles from the shop and the fee is $35 - however, we reserve the right to charge more, especially for fragile, large or heavy items. Please contact us to inquire about local delivery.
